Manage and track everything for your nonprofit on your dashboard and reports pages. On the dashboard, you can view your Field Trip plans and get an overview of your nonprofit's events. On the reports page, you can find your nonprofit's event totals and engagement data.

View your dashboard

From the navigation sidebar, click the dashboard page for your nonprofit.

In the Field Trip plans section, you'll find all of your in-progress and most recent Field Trip plans with nonprofit coordinators. Click a plan to view your request, messages, and more. 

In the events at a glance section, you'll find a summary of your nonprofit's next event, most recently completed event, and an overview of your events for the year. Click on any event to view the event page and find more details.

View your reports

From the navigation sidebar, click the reports page for your nonprofit.

At the top of the page, you can find a quick overview of your nonprofit's event data, including completed events, total volunteer hours, Teams engaged, and unique volunteer participation.

Below, you can view your nonprofit's event reporting sorted by event type (Field Trips or community events). See which volunteer opportunities get the most engagement and the average survey results for your most recent event. 

At the bottom of the page, find a chart with a breakdown of your nonprofit's Team engagement. This will give you an idea of which Teams are engaging with your nonprofit the most.
