With Field Day, Teams can organize Field Trips - volunteer events for their members. Anyone can register to volunteer at a community event, but only Team users (and Team guests) can register for Field Trips.

On Field Day, Teams can discover local nonprofits and explore volunteer opportunities to organize Field Trips. Teams can plan an activity with a nonprofit or share a community event to create Field Trips. Team users can view and register to volunteer for upcoming Field Trips from their Team hub. Plan an activity

Nonprofits list activities for Teams in the Field Trip catalog. Activities have planning information and details about the volunteer opportunity for Teams to coordinate a volunteer event with the nonprofit.

Click plan a Field Trip in your navigation sidebar to browse volunteer opportunities for Teams and use the filters to narrow down your search. Click on any activity to view details and learn more, then click plan a Field Trip on the activity page to submit a Field Trip request to the nonprofit. Share a community event

Nonprofits post events for volunteers in the Community Calendar. Community events have a date, time, and location and are open to individuals and Teams for registration. Anyone with a Field Day account can view and register for community events.  Learn more about registrations →

Click volunteer in your navigation sidebar to view upcoming community events in the Community Calendar. Click on an event to view more information, then click volunteer as a Team to create a Field Trip and send an invitation to your Team to register for the event. Add an existing event

If you planned a volunteer event with a nonprofit that isn't on Field Day yet, you can still use Field Day to track your Team's registrations and impact. Managed Field Trips function just like normal Field Trips - just add your event details to create a Field Trip for your Team and use event page features to track your Team's social impact.
