Manage and track everything for your Team on your dashboard and reports pages. On your dashboard, you can view your Field Trip plans, approve independent volunteering, manage upcoming Field Trips, and get an overview of your Team's events. On your reports page, you can find your Team's impact data and volunteer totals.

View your dashboard

From the navigation sidebar, click the dashboard page for your Team. 

Click create Field Trip to set up an event for your Team. There are three ways to create a Field Trip:

In the Field Trip plans section, you'll find all of your in-progress and most recent Field Trip plans with nonprofit coordinators. Click a plan to view your request, messages, and more. 

In the events at a glance section, you'll find a summary of your Team's next event, most recently completed event, and an overview of your events for the year. Click on any event to view the event page and find more details. 

If you have independent volunteer time enabled for your Team, you'll see an independent volunteering section with the most recent volunteer time submitted by your Team. Click manage or review to approve or change the status of a volunteer time submission. 

If you have managed Field Trips drafted for your Team, you'll see a Field Trip drafts section with your drafted event pages. Click manage to edit or publish the event page for your Team. 

If you have drafted or upcoming impact campaigns for your Team, you'll see an impact campaigns section with your campaign pages. Click manage to edit or publish the campaign for your Team. 

View your reports

From the navigation sidebar, click the reports page for your Team. 

At the top of the page, you can find a quick overview of your Team's impact data, including completed Field Trips, total volunteer hours, Team members, and unique volunteers.

Below, you can view your Team's volunteer impact sorted by cause or by nonprofit.

The pie chart will give you an idea of your areas of impact, while the table will give you details about the work your Team has done.
